Paddle The Nile
Paddle the Nile: One Woman’s Search for a Life Less Ordinary tells Sarah Davis’s fearless journey—she became the first woman to lead a kayak expedition along the entire Nile, from Rwanda to Egypt.
Collaborating with author The Write Attitude, I designed the cover and internal layout, bringing Sarah’s voice and vision to the pages. It was an absolute honour to work on this collaboration. My work focused on creating a format that mirrored Sarah’s story—balanced yet bold, adventurous yet deeply personal.
Every design choice, from typography to imagery placement, was considered to support her narrative—making the reading experience feel immersive and authentic. The result is a book that feels as compelling as Sarah’s journey itself—a perfect companion for readers seeking adventure, courage, and a reminder that life’s greatest rewards often come from stepping into the unknown.
