ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN
Department of Health WA
Aggression and violence towards healthcare workers is, sadly, a growing issue—one the Department of Health WA was ready to address head-on with its “Stop The Violence” campaign. I was brought in to help bring this important message to life through bold, considered out-of-home advertising campaign.
The campaign needed to be seen far and wide—both within hospital settings and throughout the community. I designed a suite of large-scale signage for healthcare facilities, a billboard featured at Perth Train Station, and ad placements across bus shelters and bus backs throughout the city. These designs were clear, confident, and designed to make people pause—delivering a powerful message in a calm, respectful way.
It was all about visibility, clarity, and consistency. Every piece helped reinforce a simple but crucial message: violence has no place in healthcare—and I’m proud to have played a role in getting this message seen and felt in the right places.
