Crosslinks
Crosslinks do amazing work supporting people with disability, and their digital presence needed to reflect that—clear, welcoming, and genuinely easy to use. I worked with the team to roll out a suite of digital designs that felt just as connected and people-first as their services.
At the heart of it was an interactive annual report—built for screens, with intuitive navigation, responsive design, and layouts that made the content genuinely engaging. No clunky downloads or PDF fatigue here—just smooth, smart storytelling that reflects who Crosslinks are.
This led to a range of bespoke carousels and reels that make their social content pop—whether they’re sharing an event, a success story, or a recruitment post. It’s all designed to be quick and simple for their team to update, while keeping everything on-brand and accessible.
We wrapped it up with an e-newsletter design that ties it all together—an easy-to-edit format that helps them reach their audience in a way that’s thoughtful and consistent.
This was all about helping Crosslinks show up online with the same heart, clarity, and care they bring to the people and communities they support every day.

We've worked with Josie for several years now, and she recently designed our 2024-2025 Annual Report. Josie makes a tricky process very easy. There are lots of different people at Crosslinks contributing to the sections/content, alongside several proof-readers. However, she is always happy and willing to make iterations, take direction but also contribute her own ideas and styles.
