Crosslinks
Crosslinks have a big heart and an even bigger impact—so when it came time to refresh their brand, they needed something that could keep up. I worked with the team to create a full suite of brand guidelines that captured their energy, values, and community-first approach, while giving them all the tools to show up consistently and confidently across every channel.
From logo usage and brand marks to colour palettes, typography, and photography, every element was carefully considered to reflect who Crosslinks are and the brilliant work they do in the disability sector.
The goal? To set them up with everything they needed to hit the ground running. Alongside the guidelines, I rolled out a suite of collateral to support the launch—including social media templates, presentation designs, event posters, e-newsletter templates, internal reports, and everyday stationery. It was all about giving the team a complete brand toolkit they could implement day-to-day—so they could keep sharing the Crosslinks story with clarity and joy, wherever it appears.

We've worked with Josie for several years now, and she recently designed our 2024-2025 Annual Report. Josie makes a tricky process very easy. There are lots of different people at Crosslinks contributing to the sections/content, alongside several proof-readers. However, she is always happy and willing to make iterations, take direction but also contribute her own ideas and styles.
